Go nuts with us in 2017! The South Carolina Pecan Festival is currently accepting applications for the 14th annual South Carolina Pecan Festival which will take place on Saturday, November 4, 2017. The festival is open to the public from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and is expected to attract over 50,000 attendees of all ages. To ensure success, care is taken to offer a variety of activities, food, shopping, and entertainment. There have been a couple of updates to our vendor applications for 2017:
1. Visitor feedback is important to the Pecan Festival; therefore, all food vendors must now bring at least one menu item or dish that features/highlights PECANS! We encourage creativity.
2. The SC Pecan Festival is now offering a web listing option to all vendors who wish to be listed on our website for exposure of your business and product prior to the festival. For a nominal fee, your business receives a listing of your company name, what you sell, and where attendees can find you at the festival. Don’t miss out on this exciting new opportunity!
3. All non-profit vendors must submit a copy of their 501c3 determination letter this year.

As a reminder to our vendors, applications must include all required fees, product photographs, and electrical requests (if needed) in order to be considered for space in the SC Pecan Festival. Incomplete applications will not be processed. Submission of an application and payment does not guarantee space within the festival. Application submissions will be open until 5:00 p.m. on August 31, 2017. Submissions post-marked after this date will incur a late fee and will be subject to space availability.
