The highly requested MOON SALUTATIONS are back at Balance this Friday night!
While well-known sun salutations help the practitioner energize the body and mind, moon salutations focus on calming the nervous system. This fluid, soothing sequence (while still strong) invites us all to salute and cultivate the moon's soothing lunar energy. We will end the 75 minute practice with some gentle yin and a Moon Nidra for deep relaxation.
